ELITE PUBLIC SCHOOL(H.S) , an English Medium Co-educational Institution was established by a Govt. registered Society named Galaxy Educational & Social Welfare Society in 2010 at Mogra, as there was no English Medium School within a radius of about 10km. The students had to travel a long distance for a good school. The members of the Society(GESWS) thought it to be their duty to establish an English Medium Co-educational School for various sections of suburb area. Since then, this school has been imparting education to its pupils through English, as a medium of instruction to the satisfaction of a large number of people. Elite Public School(EPS) has been recognised by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education as a X-class High School w.e.f 01.01.2017 (Memo No.- S/Recog/2017/131 dated 28.07.17 ). The Index No. of the school is G2-191 and by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education as a XII-class Higher Secondary School w.e.f 23.03.2022(memo No. - DS(Aca)SD/SF/0009/RECOG/2022-23 dated 23-03-2022). H.S. Code- 17479.

FROM PRINCIPAL’S DESK

The aim of the school is an “all round development” of the students. The school is open to all, irrespective of religion, caste or community.

At Elite Public School, we provide a supportive and friendly environment where each student is known, valued and encouraged and we do take care of the students and help them to grow physically, morally and academically in a homely atmosphere. Apart from academics we also put emphasis on co-curricular activities like music, drawing, dance, story telling and on different indoor and outdoor games.

Children are carefully monitored throughout all stages. We have our school Apps through which parents can know the day to day activities of the school. Through Parent-Teacher meetings we keep up-to-date to the parents about the child’s development.

Our goal is to make each child hard working, sincere, loyal, truthful and courageous so that they can become a responsible citizen.
